  Really appreciate this fantastic bulk billed after hours service! When I'm sick with my asthma and need to see a doctor. I love the idea of sitting in the comfort of my own home rather than waking my family to go wait anywhere up to 5 hours in the Emergency Department to see a doctor. I have used the service many times. Excellent customer service and I'm very Happy to recommend this service to my family and friends :)

  Can quote medicare number but don't have card as it was with my partner who wasn't at home at the time. Said charge would be $180. Rudiculous in 2017 you still need medicare card hard copy.

  Not sure why this is advertised as an out of hours doctors service on the Sunshine Coast when I was told doctors don't actually start until 8am on sundays in that region (there was no indication of this on the website) and then given an arrival time as late as 11am (I called at 4am - so 7 hours later and far out of the "general aim of 3 hours")! I ended up being driven back to Brisbane for treatment. Everyone I dealt with at the call centre were lovely but I think the advertisement of the services offered is quite misleading outside of Brisbane.

  What a fantastic after hours service! I have 3 young children, whom on numerous occasions have been ill during the night. Every time I have called House Call Doctor, I have been totally satisfied with the service that they have provided for my family. They kept me updated as to when the doctor would arrive, I had a very short wait time and the doctor was very professional and able to give my children the medication required, there and then. I couldn't rate them any higher! It is such a great service that they provide.

  Terrible service!! I have no car for a few days, so I rang at 11:30pm after having a shower and noticed that my skin had grown over my stitches. When I spoke to the call centre, they advised me they would have to double check to see if it would be ok, which they checked and said it would be all fine. The driver lady rang me 15 mins later and the first thing she said to me was "why didn't you call earlier" poor attitude and mannerism. After I explained myself (which I shouldnt have to, especially to a "driver") she then went on to say that they would need cash up front and it will not be bulk billed because they were not the ones that put the stitches in. Although the lady in the call centre said nothing about. Would not recommend!!
