  This florist has the best selection of flowers on the Sunshine Coast. I found the staff very helpful and knowledgeable about their products. I highly recommend this florist for all your flowering needs.

  I've been using House of Flowers for over ten years to deliver flowers to my family in Maroochydore. They are most professional and reliable and my family have always been very happy with the beautiful flowers delivered. Their staff are a pleasure to deal with.

  DO NOT USE THIS STORE!!! It will degrade your wedding photos!!! Their service is even worse than their flowers. Dead!

  well if there was a negative option i would have selected it. extremely disappointed. my friend got married on new years eve and ordered flowers from this store. when the bride and her mum went in to choose the flowers they were offered pathetic customer service from a middle aged blonde lady (not the owner) who showed no interest in the selection and could not provide any advice on arranging table centre pieces "just put them in a jar" was all the advice that was offered, as she stood way back from the counter and leaned on her arm, taking NO INTEREST WHATSOEVER in the preparation of the product let alone the sale of the item. THE MORNING PRIOR to the wedding the bride received a phone call saying they the flowers could not be sourced from their usual supplier. "sorry" was all that was offered to the bride. when asked if they had attempted to get them from another supplier or store the blonde lady said "ohhh nah we dont like using other suppliers, just that one". they suggested no other flowers that were similar or able to be sourced.

  I cannot believe how poor and pathetic their service was. And for the astronomical cost! Personally I rate them a big fat ZERO!!! If you want nice flowers on your wedding day DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS STORE! Not to mention how rude they were when they provide terrible products WITH NO OFFER OF COMPENSATION. House of flowers you need better products and NEW STAFF AND PRIORITIES. Just rotten. Thanks for nothing. this is a free speech forum especially when the review is spot on FACTS! So save the "solicitors email" intimidation tactic.

  STUPIDLY we continued to use their products and ordered roses instead as it was a case of last minute madness to correct their mistake. we ordered some roses and when we picked them up about 30% of the flowers were browning on the petals and looked half dead. and we were still charged an outrageous amount even after the stuff up their poor management caused.
